HAPS refund policy is based on the program to which it applies. A refund will be based upon whether the original payment was by check or credit card. To request a refund,  please fax a written request to HAPS at 1-706-883-8215 or by e-mail to admin@hapsweb.org. Upon receipt you will be contacted and a refund will be made per the program terms.
